WINNING CONDITIONS
In addition to owning 1 Golden Star badge (earned by winning a Challenge round), the player must successfully move to and place their colored token on all of the following locations by correctly answering the questions on the corresponding province/city cards:
Sơn La and Lai Châu Provinces
1 province/city in either the Red River Delta or Southeast Region with a Group 2 tile
1 province/city in either the North Central Coast or Central Highlands Region with a Group 3 tile
SPECIAL PRIVILEGE
If a player lands on a province/city that belongs to the residential area of the ethnic group they represent, they are granted a special privilege (only once per game):
Confiscate 2 province/city flags of any other player from the board and return them to the bank, OR
Convert 1 province/city flag of another player into their own.

ETHNIC GROUP INFORMATION
Main Subgroups: The La Ha are divided into two main subgroups:
La Ha Ung – known for practicing wet rice cultivation
Khlá Phlạo (or La Ha Plạo) – known for slash-and-burn farming
Social Structure:
The village (bản) is both the residential and social unit.
Families are patriarchal and nuclear.
Inheritance goes to sons, while daughters receive a dowry upon marriage.
Religion & Beliefs:
The La Ha follow animism, believing that all things have spirits.
Ancestor worship is practiced up to two generations.
Numerous taboos are observed, such as avoiding sacred forest areas or entering places where spirits are worshipped.
Traditional Attire:
Women: wear áo cóm (a fitted blouse), black skirts, and piêu headscarves
Men: wear short indigo jackets, “lá tọa” trousers, and headwraps dyed with indigo
Children: do not have distinct traditional attire
Cuisine:
Main staples include corn, sticky rice, cassava, and taro
Ordinary rice (gạo tẻ) is reserved for hosting guests
Cần wine and distilled rice wine are favorite beverages, often brewed in advance and stored at home
Housing:
Two types of stilt houses:
Temporary (2 compartments, no partitions)
Permanent, more solidly built
Worship space is located in the kitchen area, marked by a ritual pillar
