WINNING CONDITIONS
In addition to obtaining 1 Golden Star badge (earned by winning a Challenge round), the player must successfully move (place their colored token) to all of the following locations by answering the corresponding question cards:
Lai Châu and Điện Biên provinces
1 province in the Northern Midland and Mountainous Region with a Group 1 tile
1 province in the North Central Coast or South Central Coast with a Group 2 tile
1 province in the Northern Midland and Mountainous Region with a Group 3 tile
1 province in the Red River Delta or Central Highlands with a Group 4 tile
SPECIAL PRIVILEGE
If the player lands on a province/city that is part of the traditional homeland of their represented ethnic group, they may activate a special privilege (only once per game):
Confiscate 2 province/city flags from any other player and return them to the bank, OR
Convert 1 flag of another player on the board into their own.
ETHNIC GROUP INFORMATION: Phù Lá People
Historical Origins: The Phù Lá people belong to the Yi (Di) linguistic subgroup and traditionally live in Southwest China and mainland Southeast Asian countries like Laos and Thailand. They migrated from the western provinces of China to Vietnam more than 300 years ago. The Phù Lá Lão (also known as Xa Phó) are a notable subgroup in this migration.

Traditional Attire:
Women wear: skirts, blouses, scarves, sashes, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings
Men wear: indigo-dyed shirts and pants, with traditional headscarves
Clothes are commonly dyed with natural indigo and made from hand-dyed threads

Typical dishes include:
Sticky rice, boiled corn, steamed cornmeal (mèn mén)
Soups with vegetables, bamboo shoots, grilled fish/meat, and fermented pickles
