WINNING CONDITIONS

In addition to possessing 1 Golden Star badge (earned by winning a Challenge round), the player must successfully move (place a colored token) to all of the following locations by correctly answering a question from the card corresponding to the respective province/city:

  • Kon Tum and Quảng Nam provinces

  • 1 province in the North Central Coast or Mekong Delta with a Group 3 tile

  • 1 province in the Southeast or Northern Midland and Mountainous Region with a Group 4 tile


SPECIAL PRIVILEGE

If a player lands on a province/city that belongs to the traditional living area of the ethnic group they represent, they gain a special privilege (usable only ONCE per game):

  • Confiscate 2 province/city flags of any other player from the board and return them to the bank OR

  • Convert 1 province/city flag belonging to another player into your own

ETHNIC GROUP INFORMATION

Origin and History: Although originating from Laos, their ancestors have long settled around the Ngọc Linh mountain range.


Social Structure: Organized into villages, led by village elders and a council of elders.


Marriage: Marriages are based on mutual respect and free choice, with cohabitation sometimes beginning from the age of 10.


Religion: They practice polytheism and hold rituals to pray for peace and well-being.


Musical Instruments: They use gongs, drums, and bamboo flutes.


Festivals: Notable traditions include the Buffalo Stabbing Festival and agricultural rituals.


Traditional Attire: Men wear loincloths, women wear skirts, often adorned with many accessories.


Cuisine: Their diet consists of rice, corn, cassava, and products from animal husbandry and hunting.


Housing: They live in long stilt houses, community halls, and temporary birthing shelters.
