WINNING CONDITIONS
To win the game, a player must fulfill both of the following conditions: Possess 1 Gold Star Badge, which is awarded upon winning a Challenge Turn and successfully move (place their colored token) to all of the following areas by answering a question card corresponding to the listed provinces/cities:
1 province in the Northern Midland and Mountainous Region, bordering Vietnam–Laos, with a Group 1 tile.
1 province in the Red River Delta, with a Group 2 tile.
1 province in the Southeast or Mekong Delta, with a Group 3 tile.
1 province in the Northern Midland and Mountainous Region, bordering Vietnam–Laos, with a Group 4 tile.
1 province in the North Central Region, bordering Vietnam–Laos, with a Group 5 tile.
SPECIAL PRIVILEGE
If a player lands on a province/city within the living area of the ethnic group they are currently representing, they gain a one-time special privilege during the entire game:
Confiscate 2 province/city flags of any other player from the board and return them to the bank,OR
Convert 1 province/city flag of another player into their own.

ETHNIC GROUP INFORMATION
Origin: Descended from the indigenous people of Indochina, who once lived in northern Laos and established the ancient kingdom of Swa/Lawa. After several migrations, they moved to Thailand and Northwest Vietnam — or, according to legend, are native residents born from a gourd.
Social Structure: Strong community bonds, diverse family lineages, clear social stratification between rich and poor.
Marriage Customs: Matrilocal marriage system where the husband lives with the wife’s family and takes her surname. Sibling-in-law marriages (e.g., brother-in-law marrying sister-in-law) are practiced.
Funerals: Complex rituals to bid farewell to the soul of the deceased, often long-lasting. Includes specific home-ghost chants.
New House Ceremony: A feast with pig slaughter, followed by community singing and dancing performances.
Festivals & New Year: Celebrate Lunar New Year and the "new rice" festival after the harvest season (10th lunar month).
Spiritual Beliefs: Worship of five important spirits, including village and house spirits. Includes traditional songs (Tơm), dances (Xòe), flute and mouth harp playing.
Clothing: Similar to Thai people, but women often decorate their attire with silver coins and seashells.
Cuisine: Sticky rice, corn dishes, cassava-based food, with spicy, sour, and bitter flavors. Grilled specialties include cheo, nậm pịa, and sour fish.
Housing: Traditional stilt houses with non-notched wooden pillars, bamboo walls and floors. Now gradually transitioning to more modern homes.
